We are seeking a talented Oracle/MS SQL Developer to join our team for an exciting opportunity. In this role, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to design, develop, and implement database solutions that meet our business needs and align with best practices of data architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design database solutions that meet those needs.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for Oracle and/or MS SQL Server databases.
Participate in database design and architecture discussions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability in Azure cloud environments.
Cooperation with database administrator on tasks such as backup and recovery, security management, and capacity planning in Azure cloud environments.
Utilize ETL tools and processes to extract, transform, and load data into databases.
Write and maintain technical documentation for database solutions and provide technical support to users as needed.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies and best practices for database development.
Who fits in our team?
Strong proficiency in Oracle Server and its variations such as PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc.
Knowledge of database design, normalization, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and processes.
Knowlege of Linux OS & vmWare ESX is benefit
Knowledge in veem Backup is a benefit
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Candidates with education suit the position:
University education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization - computer science, information technology
Language skills:
English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Advanced (C1)
