Job Description

What is your impact as a Financial Data Analyst at NN?

Our growth is based on professional collaboration with independent distribution partners (independent insurance brokers and banks). Your role is crucial in this process. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with commercial agreements and correct compensation for our distribution partners. You also support management decisions, both at NN and distribution partners, based on thorough data analysis and reporting.

You are responsible for the following tasks:

You are responsible for the correct application of calculation rules in accordance with commercial agreements and compensation agreements with our distribution partners.
You analyze data on new production and compensation and provide valuable insights to further develop and streamline the compensation process of our distribution partners.
As a business analyst, you translate compensation agreements into development requirements for our IT department. You build test plans and then analyze the results.
As an expert, you are the point of contact for stakeholders both within NN and at our distribution partners regarding commercial agreements and compensation.

What do you have to offer as a Financial Data Analyst?

You hold a Master’s degree in an economic or financial field.
You have at least some initial experience (internships count too) in processing financial data.
You are able to build reports in Power BI, and Excel holds no secrets for you.
You communicate clearly and speak and write fluently in Dutch or French, and English. Knowledge of all three languages is a strong asset.
You can quickly analyze complex matters, identify connections, and get to the heart of the issue.
You maintain an overview of the bigger picture, while also being pragmatic and willing to actively contribute to project execution.
You work accurately and, above all, are a true team player.
